First Flintlock bird!

I've killed about 12-15 turkeys with my caplock double, but this is my first with the Fowler!!

20ga cylinder Bore. 12 yd shot, he and his buddy came right to the decoys! 60gr of 2F, under 70gr by vol of #5 lead. He didn't even flop!!!

The Fowler was built in 1983 by Al Comer, in central Mo.

Bird weighed 23lb 10 oz. double bearder 12" and 9.5". Spurs are 1 1/2" and 1 7/16"!!

I took that pic at an old cemetery down the road, where I have permission to hunt the adjacent property!
