The link doesn't work for me, but I think it may refer to obama signing law that allows American civilians to be held indefinately, without being charged, and without representation, by military authorities if they are suspected of terrorist acts.

I agree with your dismay, but remember that it passed both houses despite lots of lobbying against it, which has to happen before any president can sign a bill into law.

Don't blame the pres for this one.
