My wife woke me up today with the news that a duck hen that's been setting on a whole passel 'o eggs had hatched one finally.Seems like that ol' hen has been setting for months....Interesting observation I made is that the whole flock is gathered around the nest and just sitting there preening.....Welcoming the new ones?Hmmm.
