B Staley, maybe I'm not following this correctly, but you can still log in with your old email address as long as you remember your password. To update your email address, click the LiveCloud icon in the right corner of the upper green bar on the Campfire, log in and you can enter your new email address. You will be asked to confirm it just like you did when you first joined the forum. If you've forgotten your password, let me know and we'll have to try something else. -Linda

No problem. In no way do I consider the procedure for resetting one's email and password self-evident or obvious. Until the first time this came up, I thought the logo was just that--a logo, not a link, much less a useful one! -Linda

Charlie, I'm sorry for the trouble you're having. I have not changed the settings in any way to force repeated logins. My best guess is that somehow your computer settings have been changed to delete your temporary internet files (which are the little files that store your logins on your computer) more often, perhaps every time you close your browser, for example. This can happen when you update your computer software, for instance, or perhaps install something new, because that is often a default setting. I suggest that you open your internet settings and check the circumstances under which your temporary internet files (aka "cookies") are deleted. Sometimes security programs delete these files (or prompt you to do so) in an overzealous attempt to protect you. For cookies like these, however, it just results in a greater hassle for you, the user. Just MHO, of course. Let me know if this doesn't work and I'll help you pursue other options. -Linda
