SCOUT at the top of the page there is a line of words. the second one is New.... click on that for New discussions. then ask away.

Scout53, I just would add that if you look on the second page of this Webmaster forum you will see a discussion about posting pictures that was started by Crawdad. In response to his question, I gave a pretty full explanation of how to post pictures, so that is a good place to start. Then if you still have questions, let me know and I'll try to help out.
