Hiya, fellas! Awhile back I was asked how do I keep my belt knife sheath from slippin' out of a sash or belt. This being for sheaths that don't have a belt loop to retain them. What I use is split pig leather. And there is two ways of applying it to the back of the sheath. First, you can cut the pig leather to the shape of the sheath and sew it on the back when you stich the sheath together. Second, you can glue the pig leather to the back of the sheath with leather glue or contact cement. The texture of the pig leather keeps the sheath from sliding when up against your shirt. The forest is a friend to those that dwell within its' nature and it is filled with the sounds of life to those that listen. | ||
