Not sure this is the right place to post it but.....I haven't been able to figure out how to pack stove pipe in my trailer. It's big bulky and easily damaged if left to its own devices inside the trailer. Mine is 6" pipe and I have about 5 sections of it with 2 90 degree elbows and a hat. Any ideas?

Good Lord willing and the creeks don't rise....

Our local National Guard unit uses steel garbage cans to transport stove pipe.

I keep mine stored and packed it in a large wooden tool box type trunk along with my little "Tail Gater" cast iron stove. If memory serves, it is 4" pipe, 2 elbows and a cap.

My stove has 4 sections of pipe. Each section's seam is not hammered down so that I can pull apart the seam and collasp the pipe being able to put three serctions, all rolled together, inside the fourth pipe. The pipes then can be placed inside my stove for storage. All of the other exrra's, hot water tank, poker, shovel, rain cap, damper, stove legs, also fit inside my stove for storage. Makes a very nice way to store all the stove and exrra's. Dosn't take up alot of room.
