My wife and I are going to do some scouting this Sunday for huntin' this year. Planning on taking the canoe and going primitive. I'll try to remember the camera.

Great pictures. You are very fortunate to have found the wife that you did in today's society.
Two questions; Are you out between Shoshone basin and Oakley, and what are you wearing for shoes. My compliments to you and your wife.

scoundrel,
We were right in the Shoshone basin area, along Indian Springs road.
As for my shoes they are not pc. My mocs were not up to the task for this trip so I simply found some leather soled shoes to use.
Hopefully fire will not come down on me for thisSmiler
And as for my wife; if she had lived back in the day she most certainly would have been a frontierswoman.

Khickman, is that the horse that threw ya.
You still have him or has he been sent to the glue factory?
Thanks for the compliments Fincatsle. Everyone always told me I'd have to marry someone special, not sure if that was a compliment or not hehe, but thank God I found her.
Looking forward to seeing some of your pics.
