Has anyone here gotten an order delivered from them recently? Just wondering if they are still shipping and how fast.

Thank you kindly

Supposedly, my gun will be finished this week. I’ll let you know when after I get it. I THOUGHT it was going to be a few weeks ago, but I guess things were busy. Let us hope that it works out. The last time I talked to him (on Friday) he said he should be done in a few days. A few business days from last Friday would mean it SHOULD be done sometime this week. I sure hope it is… If, in another week he hasn’t called me about final shipping then I’ll call again and see what’s up. Like I said, I’ll post when I hear again…

poordevil, et al.

Wow… still no gun. Just talked to Terry again on the phone. Apparently he had the flu and missed some days of work. I’m not going to call any man a liar, especially since he seems like a decent guy and has been very helpful in answering questions.

But that doesn’t mean I’m not disappointed in the timeliness here. He’s saying that it MIGHT be shipped here by November 9th or so. I’m not really optimistic. I really do think he’s working on guns, but he must not be working on one gun at a time. Certainly not mine, at least.

When was your gun supposed to be done and has he started on yours yet? Let me know, and I’ll keep you updated as well.

James

I sent in the deposit Aug. 8 2008. It was susposed to be a year or so.

He is not working on it now, as far as I know.

I am with you, I do not want to defame anyone, but it makes a person nervous to see this much in-action from a gun builder.

Left a message again because still no gun. Two months since I received the call saying he would start on my gun. 1 yr., 6 months, and 5 days since my order was processed.

I hate to say it but...that doesn't sound too promising. I hope this all works out well in the end. RH

Poordevil, I’m keeping this going as I want to keep you and others who have orders updated. Terry called me back and said he got back from the show he went to and took a day off. He did honestly say that he has been working on other guns the past two months and has put mine down several times- it’s a left hand gun with lots of options and it was throwing him off. He said he didn’t get mine done before the show like he had hoped but that now it was the only gun on the bench.

I take him at his word and I’ll let you know how it works out.

Jbgw, I have a gut feeling this will work out fine, even if it took longer than expected. His answer or response as to why your rifle isn't done sounds like an honest one. If a builder told me that he put mine down because it was "throwing him off" for whatever reason, I guess I can respect that. I'd rather have it "done right" than just "done and shipped" on time. Again, I hope this works out to your satisfaction. Best regards. Rockerhound
